Julia, Jinette and Mako..
After a waiting a long time and finally getting free to blog
(you know my mom.. tiap hari bake cookies and clean house!!

But then again, my sister did come back and 'touchdown' for two days to help out
(jac now stares at julia, jinette and mako who never come down to melaka)

TOP HATS!
Or knowns as Kuih Pai Tee.
It originates from the British colonization back in the olden days in Melaka.
And people then made these 'hats' and stuffed them with ingredients of their likings.
Eating is of course the easy part.
(jac *coughs* again at julia, jinette and mako)
Here comes the hard part.
*jac cuts it short*
After the mold heats up, we dip it into the dough till the brim of the mold
and quickly dip it into the hot oil!
We then quickly lift it up a little to form a nice hat
(hence the name 'top hats'!)
My mom said "Do it for Mako lah cause she like to eat"
And we went "Okay, for the love of Mako!!!!"
Sadly, in a while time...
Mako will understand wan lah mommyyy... wuwu

Seeing us in such desperate state, someone came to offer a hand..

But after the auntie went home, it was up to me again :(
