Character is Destiny: Zoo Without Strangers

I was on a business trip in Singapore recently and when it reached the weekends, I was all 'lonely' and alone.. So I decided on solo to.. head to..

Of course I thought I was all alone as I was in the MRT and this China guy beside me was like talking on the phone "Yeah wait for me la.. I'm reaching"..

As I came out of the MRT station, I was clueless on where I was and from my guides from the hotel, they told me I was to wait for some bus 138..

I was walking around outside and caught a glimpse of a van stating 'Van trip to zoo.. pay only SING 35 all included.." Waiting for the bus for exactly 10 minutes I went "Oh well" and signed up :p (yes, I am very impatient.. lol)

Waited for an hour or so for the bus to fill up as the lady passes me a receipt to be paid at the door of Singapore Zoo.

Was sitting in the van when suddenly a Hongkie girl came and sat in the van as well. She and me were both alike.. of course the 'alone' factor.. but then we were both also 'lost' haha..

So we were chatting and she told me she was from HongKong and was heading for Maldives for a holiday. As her plane was delayed in singapore, she decided to walk around Singapore.. wah~ *clap hands* so independent.. owh, did i fail to mention she was just in freshman year uni? probably in her 20's.. not bad for a young girl aye!

And then came the China guy I saw in the MRT and I was 'Hey, I saw you before!" and he was "I'm sorry... but I did not realize you" but soon we all got into a talking frenzy :p And I wasn't all alone anymore!

We reached the zoo after a half and hour drive and as I took out my cash to pay, the guys (China guy friends were there too) took out their card cand said they will pay for me. It seems that they have a company card that provides free trips to the zoo? haha.. damn funny but still i did not realize this type of thing will happen to me..

So here's what happened inhe zoo..

When I saw this bunch of White Tigers all trained top parade left and right.. all I would be thinking about is my ex-housemate YeeMun and how much she would have screamed in excitement to just see her favourite animal! :p
