A day out in 1Utama

Well, i would like to say that if my Marketing Strategy Group Mates read this post, they'll be pissed like shit! Haha..

May be because I told them "ah.. i'm not feeling well.. can i come meet you guys later for the discussing the assignment? <-- the assignment was due 2 days more" while i was actually enjoyin' in 1Utama! :p Call me mean.. but i would like to tell you that my group mates take me for granted.. Take for e exmaple Mr. Bqin in the previous post.. Yeap.. he was one of those members. So, I didn't really feel guilty leaving them doing any work (and trust me, they didnt). Ok, So here's what we've done during our outing in 1 Utama. The first stop we went was Dragon-i! It was my favourite.. in the terms of the Siew Long Pao!!!!! I practically dragged Koci there last time to eat those. :D So you can guess how happy I was when my friends were also fans of Siew Long Paos! Perhaps next time i should open a 'Siew Long Pao' Club in Monash University :p

It was like any usual day of 1Utama-ness but the only difference that we were going to Neway!!! That place eventhough their songs dont really have much selection, I would give it a thumbs up for the environment they give us.

The room look like those typical Ah beng and Ah sengs in a karaoke joint, where girls are being brought in by Mamis or Pimps.. but than again, taking this as a minus, it still is a very nice envrionment.

And the best part of all is every room has their own toilet!! cool huh!! <-- not cool if you have friends who sing terribly and escaping to the toilet wont help you in this place! haha.. but my friends sang perfectly fine :) Well.. i know they sure sing better than me! lol..

Well, singing was good despite like i said the Song choices. There were quite little new songs if comapred to GreenBox and Neway doesnt have my favourite singer Nelly Furtado!! *jac misses the time she sang with her friend Pinpin the Maneater song* lol

And guess what everyone.. Not ordering food, and taking titbits which was a small bowl of peanut and a bowl of double decker cost.. RM 27!!!

Everyone was like WHATS?!

so learning from experience, the titbits are a NoNo in Neway. Nevertheless, the price did add up cheaper than Green Box :)

After releasing tons of stress (till one of the mic no more battery..haha), from basically screaming at every note we could scream :p.. we went home.. (well, i had to go to college and pretended like I was all unwell infront of my group mates)

And I would say it was indeed an enjoyable experience. Not to mention spending time with friends I just met this semester really hyped up my life *crowd goes : awhhhhhhhhh*
